Rates: $25.00 per Half Hour (negotiable).

Educational Background: Stanford University - Bachelor's Degree in Music (concentrations in Cello Performance, and Composition). Studied privately under Stephen Harrison, Betsy Sanders, and Paul Rhodes. Chamber music instruction from members of the St. Lawrence String Quartet.

Experience:Has played music since the age of four. Played cello for over twelve years. Principal Cellist of the Stanford Symphony Orchestra (2000-2002). Chamber Ensembles: Merle String Quartet and the Pacific Strings Ensemble (www.pacificstrings.net) Has had two years of teaching experience.

Additional: As a composer and arranger, students sometimes ask me to arrange some of their favorite songs for cello (or other instrumentation). For a small fee, I am happy to arrange anything you wish.
