Bellevue, Washington: Area TeachersMarina Bondarenko425-746-1357Click to Email Instructor!Location of Teaching: Bellevue, Washington.Instruments Taught: Violin.Times Available: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.Rates: $30.00 per Half Hour - $50.00 per Hour.Educational Background: I graduated with a Master's Degree in Violin Performance at the Kazan State Conservatory, Russia in 1997. I had the privilege of studying with Prof. Boris Kaplun, a student of Leopold Auer's studio.Experience: I worked as a violin teacher at the Music School #8, Kazan from 1993 to 2001. My students have won numerous musical competitions in Russia. Many of them have chosen musical careers. I started to play in a symphony orchestra in 1993. My teacher was an outstanding conductor, Fuat Mansurov, who also worked with the Bolshoi Theatre, Moscow. In 1996, I was hired as Concertmaster of the "Vozrozhdenie (Renaissance)" chamber orchestra, which performs mostly Baroque music. I have also been a member of the violin ensemble "Rukh (Inspiration)", which performs contemporary classical music. At the same time, I performed recitals of Shostakovich, Prokofiev, Tchaikovsky, Wieniawski, Sarasate, Wagner and others. Upon my move to St. Petersburg in 2002, I began working as Assistant Concertmaster at St. Petersburg Classical Music Symphony Orchestra. Since coming to the U.S. in 2003 I have played with the Sammamish Symphony Orchestra, Puget Sound Symphony Orchestra and Microsoft Symphony Orchestra.
