Educational Background: B.A. in Piano Performance and Music Education from the University of South Florida in 1974 and 1976. International Institute of Piano in Austria - 1996. Continuing Education at various conventions and workshops.

Experience: Independent Piano, Organ and Keyboard since 1976. All ages, levels and styles. Adjudicator for local and state FSMTA Student Days and for Federation. Active member in Music Teachers National Association, Florida State Music Teachers Association, Mid-State Music Teachers Association and the American Guild of Organists. Currently church Music Organist/Coordinator and formerly directed church choirs and handbell group.

Awards: Certificate of Experience in Piano by Florida State Music Teachers Association (Certification).

Additional:All students have a "technology time" of 30 minutes per lesson for drill in ear-training, sight-reading, theory and music history, tailored to the individual. Love of people, music, and teaching is enhanced with a great deal of patience. Call or email for a brochure. Initial interview is required. All students may participate in yearly judgings of National Guild of Piano Teachers and Florida State Music Teachers Association and in periodic performances.
