Educational Background: Completed a Performance Diploma (LWCMD) with distinction at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and remained there to study for the Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip). Recently graduated with distinction.

Experience: Regularly participates in a variety of concerts. Has played in orchestras including Bath Philharmonia, National Musicians Symphony Orchestra, London Philharmonic Youth Orchestra, and Sinfonia Cymru. Was privileged to have been selected for the BBC NOW student placement scheme for three years. Has played in masterclasses with Hugh Bean, Krzysztof Smietana, Alla Sharaova, Julian Cummings, and also with the Allegri, Eroica, and Schidlof Quartets. Performance experience also includes numerous festivals and competitions.

Awards: Finalist in the R.W.C.M.D.'s Concerto Trials - 2000/2001. Ernest and Doris Memorial Award, Peter Esswood String Prize, Eiwen Thomas Scholarship, and other annual prizes gained from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.
