Rates: Hour Sessions - One per Week: $160.00 per month. (Cash only payable at commencement of lessons). Or for a Discount of $200.00, a one time only payment of $2360.00 for one year. Additional: I have taught hundreds of people to play over the years. My teaching philosophy is: to teach people HOW to play, rather than WHAT to play. (Theory & Practice). I teach at my apartment at S. Garland, Texas. U.S.A. If a student is a juvenile (legal term in the State of Texas) under the age of 13 years, a responsible adult (usually a parent or other) must also be present at lessons at all times. The SAFETY of our young is absolutely one of my concerns and is assured with this teacher, while at lessons. I use my own philosophical technique, carefully developed successfully over many years of service. It is about practical playing with integrated theory perspectives and gentle encouragement. Simply put; BOTH WHAT, AND WHY. At the conclusion of lessons, it is expected that you will be able to play virtually ANYTHING and be able to work (if you so wish) with ANYONE!
