Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Jazz Performance - West Virginia University. Master's Degree in Jazz Pedagogy - University of Miami. Also studied classical bass for four years at West Virginia University.

Experience: Has worked professionally for seven years. Teaching experience includes lessons on both double bass and bass guitar and discussing many genres of music including jazz, classical, funk and country. Has also given lessons in Jazz Theory to help students with improvisation.
