Educational Background: B of Music - McGill University. Graduated with High Distinction from the Jazz Performance Program.

Experience: Has had twenty years of playing experience and eight years of teaching. Performs regularly in and around Montreal. Recent performances include the Montreal International Jazz Festival and les Maisons de la Culture Montreal.

Awards: Awarded several McGill Music Scholarships. Recently was awarded a composition grant from the conseil des arts et lettres du Quebec.

Additional: Is available to teach homeschooled children during the day as well as after-school times. Teaches beginning students using the successful and fun Faber Method Books. Also gives jazz piano lessons to adults and teens with sufficient piano experience. Believes that above all else the study of piano playing should be an enjoyable and fulfilling experience and designs each course of study to the individual student.
