Experience: Private Teacher. Has played with numerous community orchestras. Is currently a member of the NIH Community Orchestra and Homespun Ceilidh Band. Has been playing the violin for over forty years.

Additional: Plays both Classical and Folk Music. Is a patient and encouraging teacher, specializing in violin/fiddle for beginners. Teaching is individualized for each student according to age, skills needed, and musical interests. Gives students an excellent foundation of music principles and violin techniques. Also focuses on artistry and fun. Students can always build on what they learn. Playing and listening to music can enrich a person's life forever.
